1.2. Please note that this license is not a free software license as defined by the Free Software Foundation. It remains proprietary to Cloud Services Ltd.
2. Licenses
2.1. Cloud Services Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive license for the usage of this computer program including all necessary documentation.
2.2. Usage of the computer program covered by this license is allowed free of charge.
3. Restrictions
3.1. The computer program may not be modified in any way.
3.2. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the software.
3.3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software other than permitted by law.
3.4. This license may not be assigned.
4. Exclusion of liability
4.1. Cloud Services Ltd. scanned the computer program for malware without finding any. Therefore, it is not liable for damages due to malware in the computer program.
4.2. Cloud Services Ltd. does not guarantee any specific utility of the computer program. In particular, it is not liable for incorrect or subsequent damages due to errors of the computer program.
4.3. Cloud Services Ltd. is not aware of any rights of third parties which would oppose to the usage of the computer program.
5. Jurisdiction and applicable law
For all controversies out of this agreement the district court of Stuttgart shall have jurisdiction. The applicable law shall be that of the Federal Republic of Germany.
